Terms & Conditions
Plan 1- This is not a gold investment scheme or a banking scheme. It is an Order Advance Scheme designed for the purchase of gold jewellery.
- The duration of this scheme is fixed at 11 months.
- The instalment amounts paid cannot be refunded in cash. Instead, after completing 11 months, customers can redeem the amount in the form of gold or gold coins. The accumulated amount can be redeemed for jewellery only after completing the 11-month period.
- Customers must collect their jewellery under the scheme within 12 months. After 12 months, redemption will be permitted only in the form of gold coins.
- When purchasing gold coins, only applicable government taxes and hallmarking charges will be levied. Making charges will be 0%.
- The management reserves the full right to amend the scheme and make decisions regarding its terms and conditions.
Special Features & Benefits
Monthly Payment Amount and Duration
Under this scheme, customers can pay a variable amount ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
Mandatory Monthly Payments
Monthly payments are compulsory under this plan. If a customer misses or fails to make a monthly payment, they will not be eligible for the benefits offered under the scheme.
Gold Conversion Method
The total amount paid over the 11-month period will be converted into gold based on the gold price prevailing on the date the final month's payment is completed.
Benefits and Making Charge Discounts
Upon completing the 11-month period, customers can purchase jewellery against the accumulated amount, subject to the applicable gold price, government taxes, hallmarking charges, and stone charges.
The making charge concessions offered under this scheme apply only to jewellery purchased up to the value of the total amount paid over the 11 months.
- Kerala and Bengali jewellery: 0% making charges.
- Moulding work, Turkish designs, antique designs, imported items, and other jewellery: 70% discount on making charges, meaning customers pay only 30% of the applicable making charges.
These benefits are available only to customers who successfully complete the full 11-month scheme period.
